On Saturday, November 1st we invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the art of beer and food pairing. Hosted by our Master Brewer and Diplom Biersommelier, Christian von der Heide, this exclusive four-course dinner (plus a few surprises) is designed to delight your palate and deepen your appreciation, elevating your sensory experience for passionately created beers.

Each course is masterfully paired with our signature beers—or, if you prefer to drink from the vine rather than the bine, a thoughtfully selected wine pairing is available. Christian will open the evening with insights into the art and science behind each beer style, then mingle throughout the night to chat with guests and answer your questions.

Choose from two seatings: 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM.
